I have been missed on the last four Gazette deliveries.(4/30, 5/2, 5/5 and 5/7). I've had the same carrier for years and never been missed. I sent you two notes and still have not had a response or newspapers. My address is 5260 Driftwood Ave., Kalamazoo. What's up?

The update broke my app

I took most recent update and now the digital newspaper version won’t load. Looking forward to the next update that fixes the problem.

The worst

I can't count how many times I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app. When I call for tech support the rep talks to me like I'm a moron. The issue is, apparently, that three app does not and will not recognize that I'm a paid subscriber and will not let me into the digital edition. There's no place to log in even. It's the worst.

It worked once

I’m very frustrated. The app worked fine until a month ago, but now the daily digital edition will not open. It’s been 9 month since the last update; what are the chances of a new update?
